My name is Pete and I’ve been playing golf for a little over forty years now. My father, an avid golfer, started encouraging me at an early age. My brother and I spent many hours in the backyard practicing our chipping. To make my mother happy and to save the lawn my dad paid for memberships for me and my younger brother at the local golf course.We had those memberships for three summers and played allot of golf. By the time I was 13 I was averaging in the low 80’s. But then I started high school and girls became a larger priority.

After I graduated college and started working I fell back in love with the game. However, I never seem to have enough time to get out allot and now that I’m in my early 50’s I shoot in the mid to high 90’s.

As you can see I’m not a great golfer but I love the game. Hopefully, the books that I find to improve my game will also help you.
